Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch (after processing). Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. Actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email. You can also track your order at any time through our website.

Delays & exceptions

While we do everything we can to meet the above estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including high order volumes, carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
